Location: Remote (Must be local to Basingstoke for monthly meetings + training)

Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)

Salary: £12,000

28 day holiday including bank holidays.

We're looking for a reliable and organised Financial Administrator to assist with invoicing, reconciliations, data entry, and chasing outstanding requirements with banks, solicitors, and clients.

Key Requirements:

* Admin experience essential.

* Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills.

* Basic knowledge in Excel, Email & Zoom (training provided if needed).

* Ability to work independently remotely. Must have a dedicated work space and reliable Internet connection (laptop and phone provided).

* Availability year-round, including school holidays.

* Based near Basingstoke for meetings + training.

References and background check carried out on application.

Summary

As a Financial Administrator, you will be integral to the financial operations of our organization, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. This role focuses on managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your core skills in Microsoft Excel and organizational abilities will be essential for data analysis and maintaining accurate financial documentation. Strong communication skills will facilitate collaboration with various departments, ensuring that financial information is clearly conveyed and understood. Responsibilities

* Manage financial records and ensure accuracy in data entry using Microsoft Excel.
* Organize and maintain financial documentation for easy retrieval.
* Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding financial matters.
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.
* Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13,500.00 per year
