The role: This National Account Manager leads one of the four key account pillars within the ledger, supporting one of the UK’s largest managed pub companies. You’ll be at the heart of the action, building and nurturing strong relationships across three sales channels: Managed, Leased, and IFT, while partnering with internal teams to drive results. You’ll craft compelling commercial proposals, negotiate with confidence, and deliver growth in both market share and profitability, even in a cost-conscious environment. As a BBG ambassador, you’ll lead a strategic ledger within the PubCos & Brewers channel, championing our culture and setting high standards across routines and reviews. Key Responsibilities Own and drive commercial performance across your ledger, including volume, Net Revenue, MACO, CORES, and EBITDA. Use our reciprocal roadmap and commercial model to unlock growth for both our customers and BBG. Negotiate confidently using GAP techniques to secure the best outcomes for the business. Lead and inspire your KAM(s) to deliver growth and best-in-class execution across the ledger. Build strong, lasting relationships through collaborative working sessions and CRM opportunities. Work effectively with a virtual team including Category Management, Trade Marketing, Tech Sales, RevMan, Sales Ops, and Drinks Dispense. Define and implement 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategies for the ledger, setting clear short- and long-term objectives. Execute key commercial routines: CPT, investment recommendations, forecasting, risk/opportunity management, and business reviews. Manage ledger investments to optimise ROI and deliver savings wherever possible. What We’re Looking For Enthusiasm, ambition, and a proactive approach to driving results.
