Job Description
Applications Product Specialist Role:
* Handling of external and internal enquiries, either remotely or directly
* Identification and troubleshooting of complex issues
* Conducting and designing external/internal training
* Information and knowledge transfer
* On-site service activities – troubleshooting, installations, commissioning of instruments into routine use
Your Background:
* Previous experience of working in a hospital / research laboratory setting
* Proven track record of troubleshooting experience
* Tissue/Cellular Pathology/Histology/Histopathology background. Immunohistochemistry/In Situ Hybridisation/ISH/IHC
* Platforms - Benchmark Ultra/Ultra Plus/XT, Bond, DAKO
* Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools
* Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and familiar with working in a multicultural environment
* Full/clean driving licence & own transport
