Role Overview
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a passion for event sales, event execution, and hospitality, who thrives in a dynamic, results-oriented environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue through identifying business opportunities, creating bespoke event packages, and building long-term relationships with clients.
* Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a tailored approach to their event needs and providing an exceptional level of service.
* Event Oversight: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of both private dining and high-profile events, ensuring they align with client expectations and company standards. Provide the best 360 planning experience for full venue hires.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Sales and Events, front-of-house teams, kitchen, and other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
* Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities, using this knowledge to refine strategies and deliver a competitive edge.
* Reporting and Analysis: Assist the Head of Sales and Events with provide regular reports on sales performance, event outcomes, and market trends to senior management, ensuring continuous improvement.
* Problem Solving: Resolve any client concerns or operational issues promptly, ensuring a positive outcome for both the client and the business.
Qualifications
* Experience: Experience in sales and event management within the hospitality or events industry, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue and leading teams.
* Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and a deep understanding of their needs and expectations.
