A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Driver Hire Southampton for experienced and newly qualified Class 2 drivers. For this role you will be responsible for delivering stationary products to commercial areas in and around the Hampshire area
Information about this Class 2 Delivery Driving role:
* 12-week temp to perm position working Monday to Friday
* 37 hours a week
* Around 10-15 drops per shift
* 7:00am start time
* Driving Class 2 vehicle where you will be required to operate tail lift and pump truck
* Deliveries are mostly around the Hampshire area
* Carry out daily vehicle checks
* Delivering stationary materials to business and commercial areas
What we require from our Class 2 Drivers:
* Full UK Class 2 driving licence
* Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
* Previous experience in a multidrop role is beneficial
* Own transport to commute to and from work is essential
* Fantastic customer service and communication skills
* Ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely manner
* Good area knowledge
* Understand manual handling and heavy lifting procedures
* Comply with companies' health and safety regulations
