A busy independent Sales and Lettings agency with several local offices across North Kent and South-East London is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join its growing team. The business is known for its strong local presence and commitment to customer care.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
* Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
* Negotiating offers and progressing sales deals
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting the sales process from enquiry through to completion
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
* Providing high levels of customer service throughout transactions
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
* Previous experience in residential property sales is beneficial
* Strong personal sales ability with a proven track record
* Professional, smart and well-presented appearance
* Clear communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
* Ambitious with a strong desire to develop within estate agency
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Local knowledge of Rainham and surrounding areas is beneficial
* Full UK driving licence is essential
