We are looking for a registered manager in Haunton, (Staffordshire) for a 2-bedded children's home that looks after young people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities. The salary is £57,000 - £62,000 and there is also a bonus scheme

Each children's home has their own permanent on-site therapist and a pool car.
Job overview:
The Registered Manager will lead and manage the home ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to the children and young people. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of staff to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.
The Registered Manager ensures that care plans are tailored to meet the individual needs of each child, promotes their well-being and development, and fosters positive relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies. They are also accountable for managing safeguarding procedures, staff training, and promoting a culture of respect, safety, and empowerment within the home.
The registered manager will be supported by an operations team who have over 60 years combined experience in children's residential care.
