Description Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date customer records within internal systems to support smooth sales operations. Provide administrative support for preparing quotations and documentation for new projects. Coordinate with Material Control and Warehousing teams to meet delivery schedules and achieve operational targets. Manage and support main customer accounts and OEM partners, ensuring consistent communication and service quality. Handle customer enquiries related to products, services, pricing, and order status, delivering professional and timely responses. Process all material sales orders-including spare parts and transmissions-ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Monitor and track sales orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and customers are updated.
