* This role involves investigating and resolving motor personal injury claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and possess strong analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* To investigate claims thoroughly, identifying any potential issues or concerns that may impact on resolution of claim.
* To communicate effectively with policyholders, other stakeholders (e.g. Insurers) brokers etc.) ensuring all parties informed throughout process always maintaining transparency where possible!
