Role to accurately prepare accountancy and audit work unsupervised, providing effective support for both Partner and Manager, and fostering the development of trainees and less senior staff within the team. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Undertake the training requirements of the Practice to enhance knowledge and skills.- Integrate successfully with the team and provide effective support to team members.- Handle complex accounting issues on assignments, ensuring appropriate accounting policies and disclosures.- Review accounts files and identify issues or inconsistencies for review by Manager or Partner.- Prepare written and verbal communications to obtain necessary information from clients and address queries.- Prepare or review management accounts, providing analysis and recommendations.- Understand and advocate for good management accounting records, identifying areas for improvement.- Train clients on maintaining good accounting records and implementing new accounting software.- Conduct detailed audit work, review junior team members' work, and provide feedback to the Audit Manager.- Prepare...
