Search are supporting a leading large business based in Leeds who are looking for a Accounts Assistant to join the business - this role would be suited to someone who is wanting to kick start their role within finance as the business can offer the support needed!
Job Duties:
Processing and reconciling finance data
Daily bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts
Cash Allocation
Dealing with invoice queries
Preparing and posting credit notes
Managing the central inbox
Posting of invoices and dealing with any discrepancies
Assisting with Purchase LedgerSuccessful candidate will possess:
Excellent organisation skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Microsoft proficient
Ability to work independently Whats on offer:
Salary up to £25000 per annum
3 days in the office 2 from home
26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
