The Role
* Teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4
* Planning and delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons
* Supporting pupils with performance, devised work, and written components
* Encouraging confidence, collaboration, and creativity
* Contributing to school productions, performances, and enrichment activities
* Assessing pupil progress and providing clear, constructive feedback
* Working collaboratively within a supportive Performing Arts department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related subject
* Experience teaching Drama at KS3 and KS4
* A strong commitment to inclusive teaching and learning
* Good classroom and rehearsal management skills
* A creative, organised, and positive teaching approach
