We are recruiting a Planned Works Supervisor to join a well-established Social Housing provider in the East Midlands on a temporary to permanent basis going from a competitive hourly rate of £35-40 per hour to £42,000 annually!
As a Planned Works Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering planned maintenance and improvement programmes across the organisation’s housing stock, ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and maintained to a high standard while providing a positive experience for residents. Supervising planned maintenance and improvement works across residential properties
Managing contractors and operatives on site to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
Carrying out site inspections and quality checks throughout project delivery
Ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation, CDM regulations and organisational policies
Monitoring programme progress and reporting on performance, risks and delays
Liaising with residents to ensure clear communication before, during and after works
Supporting the delivery of refurbishment programmes including kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, windows and energy efficiency upgrades
Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction across all projectsProjects will include planned maintenance, refurbishment and improvement programmes across occupied social housing properties throughout the East Midlands.
The successful Planned Works Supervisor will have:
Experience supervising planned works within social housing, property maintenance or construction
Strong knowledge of refurbishment and planned maintenance programmes
Experience managing contractors and monitoring site performance
Good understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance
Strong communication skills, particularly when working with residents and stakeholders
A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple projects
