Head of Brand & Marketing
Hertfordshire – hybrid (2-3 days in office)
£75,000 - £90,000 + car/medical/benefits
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced marketer with experience in FMCG/Retail to join this recognised brand in Hertfordshire.
This role will manage a team of five, tasked with delivering category growth across the B2C channels which includes retail, eCommerce and marketplaces for the UK and globally.
You will be a true integrated marketer with experience through the line and have worked within a brand role, understanding category and portfolio development and how to deliver the brand to market. Strong people management and leadership experience is essential!
What will you be responsible for?
1. Global strategy development to deliver increased revenue for the brand.
2. Retail portfolio management.
3. New product development understanding.
4. Channel & customer planning, including pricing.
5. Advertising & Promotional plans
6. 360 Marketing campaigns & evaluations
7. Budget management
8. Team leadership and development
