Customer Service \nLocation: Droitwich \n Job Type: Full-time, Office-based \n Salary: £26,728 \n Hours: 40 hours per week (including some evenings and weekends)\n \n We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Claims Handler to join a fast-paced and customer-focused business providing emergency and alternative accommodation services.\n \n This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills and a calm, empathetic approach who enjoys helping others and working as part of a close-knit team. You will manage accommodation claims efficiently, ensuring customers receive the support they need when they need it most.\n \n Key Responsibilities:\n \nHandle claims from initial instruction through to resolution, providing exceptional service throughout. \nLiaise with customers, suppliers, and clients to coordinate suitable accommodation quickly and effectively.
\nEnsure service level agreements are consistently met and daily claim boards are accurately updated. \nContribute to the Out of Hours service on a shared rota. \nTake part in training and regular performance reviews to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements:\n \nMinimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role. \nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal. \nAbility to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
