As a Year 4 teacher, you will support pupils as they consolidate their learning from earlier years and develop the skills they need for upper Key Stage 2. We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers and experienced practitioners. ECTs will receive structured mentoring and professional development to help them grow as educators, while experienced teachers will have the chance to lead initiatives, share best practice, and contribute to the school’s ongoing development.
You will:
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the Year 4 curriculum

* Use assessment to monitor pupil progress and inform planning
* Support pupils’ personal, social, and emotional development
