Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Window Fabricator based in Basildon. The Window Fabricator will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality aluminum window units according to design specifications. Daily tasks include cutting, assembling, and fitting aluminum profiles; operating tools and machinery; reading and interpreting technical drawings; and ensuring quality control at all stages of production. Collaboration with team members and adherence to workplace safety standards are integral to this role.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in aluminum fabrication techniques, including cutting, assembling, and installation of profiles
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Experience operating hand tools, workshop tools, and machinery
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* An understanding of workplace health and safety regulations
* Previous experience in window or aluminum fabrication is preferred
* Relevant vocational training or certifications in fabrication or a related field are a plus
