Due to continued success, Manor Park Classic North are expending their team and are looking for a classic car consignment specialist to be based at their auction premises in Runcorn, Cheshire.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Runcorn, Cheshire for a Classic Car Auction Sales Specialist. The role involves managing client relationships, consulting with buyers and sellers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The specialist will be responsible for attracting and guiding clients through the auction process, promoting automotive listings, and achieving sales goals while upholding the company’s reputation for professionalism and expertise.
Motor Trade industry experience is preferred however a Classic Car knowledge would also be desirable.
Salary: From £25,000 per year - with an attractive performance related package
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Qualifications
* Expertise in Sales Consulting and proven ability to develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets
* Strong skills in Customer Service, ensuring a positive client experience and maintaining client relationships
* Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention, with a focus on building long-term trust and loyalty
* Proficiency in Automotive Sales or knowledge of classic car markets
* Passion for classic cars and a good understanding of the market trends in this niche
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment
* Previous experience in auctions or motor trade sales environments is an advantage
