Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting with the management of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
2. Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
3. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
4. Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
5. Conducting searches and assisting with Land Registry applications
6. Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance with procedures
About You
7. Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal assistant role is a must
8. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
9. Excellent communication and client care skills
10. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office
