Telesales Executive
Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Telesales Executive on behalf of a market leading IT company. The Telesales Executive role is focused on identifying new business opportunities and booking qualified appointments for the Business Development team.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound B2B sales activity
2. Lead generation and appointment setting
3. Develop a strong understanding of the services
4. Cold call existing and new clients
5. Accurately manage opportunities and customer details through CRM
6. Working towards clear targets and KPIs
7. Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner
8. Any other duties role may involve
Person Specification:
9. 1 year experience in outbound telesales, sales or customer service
10. Confident communicator, comfortable making outbound calls
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills
12. Highly organised with good attention to detail
13. Self-motivated and target-driven
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
15. Willingness to learn and take direction from scripts and established processes
Desirable Criteria:
16. Knowledge of ITAD, IT services, recycling or technology industry (not required but helpful)
17. German speaker would be helpful but not essential
The Rewards
The successful Telesales Executive will enjoy a competitive salary depending on experience plus 4 day working week apart from 1 week per month where it is 5 day working week.
Location
The Telesales Executive role will be based in Greater Belfast.
