Macdonald Hill Valley, Golf Resort & Spa are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team
Our Restaurant Managers are hardworking individuals who can work on their own initiative and are key players in Food and Beverage teams. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and are responsible for assisting them in the smooth running of the establishment, management of all restaurant operations & team supervision.
It is essential you have a friendly yet professional persona and you must have previous experience of working with an establishment of a similar high standard.

You will be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team. This role is ideal for those who have experience of working in customer facing roles within the hospitality sector.

This position will include shifts working weekends. Additional hours may be required to support the hotel during our busier periods including bank holidays.
Borders Restaurant and Hill Valley Golf Club is a busy environment, feeding up to 150 guests a night throughout the golf season. You should experience in managing these sorts of numbers and a team of 5-15 employees on each shift.

Salary: hourly paid, up to £13.50 per hour
