Engage with potential fleet customers across Europe via virtual meetings, email, phone and online research. Use appropriate questions to ascertain customer needs and expectations. Build and maintain effective relationships with pan-European fleet operators. Develop strong rapport with clients, understanding their processes and requirements. Collaborate with teammates and other stakeholders to provide excellent service and resolve issues. Manage and grow KEU’s fleet customer base, focusing on companies operating in multiple European countries. Coordinate contractual agreements and ensure all support terms are in place. Maintain regular contact with key accounts to identify opportunities for Kia and ensure client satisfaction. Ensure high levels of attention to detail, particularly in error checking and numerical accuracy. Follow procedures accurately and consistently, managing a database effectively. Handle data with discretion, ensuring a high level of confidentiality. Work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently. Demonstrate good sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities. Hold monthly meetings with local markets to agree on required activities within the key account base. Assist with completing first-round entries for tenders and ensure deadlines are met. Communicate professionally and clearly in all written and verbal interactions, maintaining a friendly tone with high standards of spelling and grammar. Prepare and distribute terms agreements by working closely with KEU and European markets. Use initiative and creative thinking to find new ways of working and opportunities for innovation. Maintain a positive attitude, learn from mistakes, and take personal accountability for self-development. Experience needed Strong Communication Skills: Proven ability to effectively ascertain and manage customer needs and expectations with high standards of written and verbal communication. Relationship Building: Demonstrated experience in building effective relationships with stakeholders, collaborating to resolve issues, and maintaining confidentiality. Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to manage workload independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Sales and Customer Service: Demonstrated sales skills, including identifying opportunities and cross-selling, with a customer service mindset that puts clients first.
