Role Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic, positive, and experienced Nursery Practitioners who are passionate about early years education and eager to grow professionally. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and learning experiences that support each child's unique development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily activities, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support individual needs.
* Foster creativity and curiosity through play-based learning initiatives.
* Monitor and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and adapting plans as needed.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming nursery space that reflects our educational values.
* Collaborate with fellow practitioners to share best practices and continuously improve the quality of care.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Demonstrated experience in an early years or nursery setting.
* Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Sound understanding of early childhood education principles and frameworks.
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
* Genuine passion for childcare and a commitment to building positive relationships with children and families.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
