The Role
As a key member of the team, you will support UK-listed clients across a full spectrum of governance responsibilities, including:

* Preparing board meeting agendas and digital board packs
* Attending board meetings and drafting minutes
* Drafting AGM Notices and related shareholder documentation
* Reviewing annual report disclosures against corporate governance codes
* Maintaining digital statutory books and records
* Filing statutory and regulatory notifications with relevant authorities
* Managing Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) records
* Supporting transactions such as IPOs and other corporate events
* Conducting technical research on legal, regulatory and governance matters

About You
You'll thrive in this role if you are eager to learn, proactive and comfortable working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
We're looking for someone with:

* At least 18 months' experience in a governance role
* Active progress toward the CGI qualification
* Minimum 2:1 degree in law, finance, history, English, or a related discipline
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Word formatting
* Working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006
* Experience in a professional office environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Exceptional organisational skills
* A curious, proactive approach to problem-solving
* A collaborative, flexible attitude
* A willingness to grow, share and learn from mistakes
* The ability to earn trust quickly with both clients and colleagues
