ESG Security Limited is currently recruiting for a full time Mobile Security Supervisor working night shifts (11-11.5-12 hr shifts) to join our passionate and driven team.
Looking after Corporate, Industrial and Commercial and Casinos.
Role Responsibilities:
Provide front line management to all security operations.
Liaise with site management
Act as designated first responder to all incidents, including intruder alarm activations and escort duties.
Locking and securing premises.
Assist in the implementation of new sites, including site evaluation, client liaison to identify welfare, secure keys and monitor points, security provision requirement.
Covering of shifts at short notice.
Taking ownership of the contract vehicle fleet, including maintenance checks and reporting issues as required.
Essential Requirements:
SIA Door Supervisor licence.
UK Driving licence.
Previous experience in a supervisory security role.
Minimum of a 5-year checkable work history with previous security experience essential.
Judgment skills – able to understand the context and consequences of decisions and actions.
High-level accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum age is 30 yrs old.
This role requires a clean drivers license with a minimum of 5 years driving experience.
This is a supervisory position as you will have keys and codes to sites and property and so trust and reliability is essential.
This is a driving position, using a security vehicle, patrolling, visiting, open and locking customers sites and premises.
All vehicles have trackers.
Shifts are predominantly working night shifts including nights.
Pay Rate: £12.21
£12.21 per hour (6-12 month pay rate reviews)
