This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners and make a real difference at a crucial stage of their education. The Role: Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties Working 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils access the curriculum Supporting classroom teachers with learning activities and behaviour management Providing emotional and social support to help pupils develop confidence and independence Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment Requirements: Experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential) A patient, caring, and proactive approach Ability to work effectively as part of a team A genuine passion for supporting young children and SEN pupils Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) What We Offer: Competitive pay of £13.75 per hour Flexible working options – full-time or part-time Immediate start opportunities Ongoing support from a dedicated Teaching Personnel consultant Access to CPD and training opportunities All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
