Overview
At Love Business, we’re looking for a Sales Team Manager to lead and support our Renewals Team. The role focuses on inspiring teammates, developing talent, building a positive team culture, and driving revenue without nights or weekends.
Compensation: up to £35,000 basic salary + OTE £62,000–£65,000 uncapped.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop sales agents, set clear expectations and provide feedback to maintain consistent performance standards.
* Monitor performance and agent capability, identify trends, risks and opportunities to drive improvements.
* Champion customer experience, quality and compliance.
* Support the Senior Sales Manager, contribute insights and deliver local department objectives.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and management to support wider business goals.
* Bring energy, vision and encouragement to your team, celebrating successes and maintaining motivation.
Qualifications and Experience
We’re looking for someone who is confident and a natural leader, not unfamiliar with the fast pace of sales, and knows how to develop, motivate and inspire the team.
You’ll bring energy and vision to help everyone reach targets, creating a positive vibe even under pressure.
