Senior Associate or Legal Director – Disease Team
Kennedys is seeking a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join our growing Disease team in Sheffield, Manchester or Leeds. Due to significant organic growth within this practice area we are looking for an experienced candidate to become part of a dynamic and forward‑thinking team that is dedicated to providing top‑tier legal services. As a member of our Disease team you will manage a diverse, high‑quality caseload and work on complex, high‑profile cases that will challenge and develop your legal expertise.
Team
Our national practice services personal injury claims from seven office locations across the UK. We act on complex and high‑profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognised as market leaders in this sector. We are often instructed on UK cases requiring cross‑border quantum investigations via our international offices.

* Employer's Liability / Public Liability (EL / PL)
Required Experience
* 5+ years' experience of defendant disease litigated claims gained within a law firm.
* Track record of capably handling a caseload of fast / multi‑track / and DCP claims.
* Experience of client contact.
* Where a level of experience is indicated, this is a guideline only and represents the amount of time we would usually expect a candidate to accumulate the requisite level of experience. This does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience.
