Full time hours on a temporary basis
Responsibilities
* We’re seeking a skilled Mosaic Trainer to support the implementation and adoption of the Mosaic system across Adult Social Care. You’ll design and deliver engaging training to frontline staff, ensuring confidence in using new workflows and tools.
* Deliver tailored Mosaic training and materials
* Conduct training needs analysis
* Collaborate with SMEs and project teams
* Support walk-throughs, drop-ins, and go-live phases
* Evaluate training impact and update content
Ideal Candidate
* Experience delivering IT/system training in social care
* Strong knowledge of Mosaic or similar systems
* Clear communicator with digital and in-person training skills
