Your new role Assess Needs: Understand each child’s unique needs and create personalised support plans. Emotional and Practical Support: Provide emotional, practical, and educational support to children and their families. Monitor Progress: Regularly track and record the progress and outcomes of each child. Training and Development: Attend training and supervision sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills. What you'll need to succeed Effective Communication: Be a genuinely caring and thoughtful individual who communicates effectively. Experience: Previous experience working with children. Qualification: A Level 3 NVQ in Children and Young People’s Workforce or a willingness to work towards it.
