3. Support day-to-day HR administration, maintaining accurate employee records using HR systems such as HiBob.
4. Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of data and resolving payroll and benefits-related queries.
5. Coordinate onboarding activities, including issuing contracts and managing new starter processes.
6. Support reporting, compliance, and general HR team administration to ensure smooth operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR & Payroll Administrator should have:
7. Previous experience in HR or payroll support.
8. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information.
9. Comfortable using HR and payroll systems (e.g. HiBob) and handling employee data accurately.
10. Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage queries effectively.
