Client Success Manager - 4 day week with full time pay - Crowborough Are you a confident, resilient sales professional who thrives on turning conversations into commercial success? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a dynamic Client Success Manager position, where relationship-building and proactive sales are at the heart of everything. This role offers a unique blend of account management and outbound sales, with a strong focus on re-engaging clients who have previously disengaged. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by rebuilding trust, reigniting relationships, and securing new orders from an existing but untapped client base. A key part of the role involves proactively contacting clients who have churned over the past six years. Some of these conversations will feel like cold calls, as contacts may have changed, making resilience and strong objection-handling skills essential. This is the most critical element of the role and a key area where success will be measured. Alongside this, you will manage and nurture existing house accounts, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience from initial enquiry through to post-delivery satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to represent the business internationally, attending prestigious trade shows in the USA and engaging directly with clients and prospects. What we are looking for The ideal candidate will be driven, personable, and commercially minded, with a passion for both sales and client relationships.
