NQ – 2 PQE Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor / CILEx / CLC | SE London | Hybrid Working (50% WFH) | £45 - £55k + DOE.
A highly regarded, Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm is seeking an NQ – 2 PQE Solicitor / CILEx / CLC with experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement or Residential Property to join its established property team in SE London. This is an excellent opportunity to specialise in leasehold enfranchisement within a structured and supportive environment.
The firm has a strong and well-established property practice, recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers High Net Worth, offering high-quality work, long-term progression and a collaborative culture.
The Role
You will work alongside experienced solicitors, building an initial caseload through lease extension projects, non-statutory lease extensions and freehold management work, including replies to enquiries, deeds of covenant and licences. You will also gain exposure to licences, lease advice and Right to Manage (RTM) matters.
In time, you will take on responsibility for your own caseload, including:
• Lease extensions
• Management enquiries
• Lease variations
• Consents and notices
With a clear pathway into statutory lease extension and enfranchisement work. You will manage transactions proactively while delivering a high standard of client care.
About You
NQ – 2 PQE Solicitor / CILEx / CLC with experience in Residential Property, Conveyancing or Leasehold Enfranchisement. Strong interest in developing within leasehold enfranchisement and technical property work. Confident communicator, organised, proactive and commercially aware, with a desire to build a long-term specialism.
