Recruiting tomorrow's Army today.
You’ll support candidates through their assessment journey to join the British Army, in a fair and welcoming environment. You’ll carry out physical and psychometric tests, apply scoring guidelines, and help evaluate each candidate’s potential.
This is a full-time, on-site role. It includes overnight chaperone and ’on call’ duties once per week, plus one working weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday).
What you’ll be doing:
* Running assessments with candidates, ensuring a fair testing environment.
* Scoring candidates using set criteria and providing clear feedback.
* Discussing career options with candidates and guiding them through next steps.
* Writing reports to help Recruiters and Trainers understand each candidate’s abilities.
What we’re looking for:
* Clear communication and people skills.
* Supportive and approachable attitude.
* Team player with good organisation and attention to detail.
* Full UK Drivers Licence.
* Some knowledge of Army careers.
