Overview
You assist in planning, developing, and executing capital projects, technical development, and feasibility perspectives of engineering‑related activities in the supply chain. You support capital‑expense project execution to enable growth, world‑class manufacturing, and productivity while maintaining the highest levels of quality, safety, and environmental compliance. You help ensure that Mondelēz business processes and innovation standards in project management are followed.
How You Will Contribute
The role supports capital project execution and you will be accountable for the quality of results and execution of capital projects using Mondelēz standards and innovation processes in project management. You will help define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of capital investments with stakeholders so that accurate budgets, plans and fit‑for‑purpose technical solutions are provided. You will develop the capital budget according to the contract and forecast cash flow, ensure that applicable engineering developments and standards are implemented, and support the development and implementation of state‑of‑the‑art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets, and roll out best practices.

Career Experience
* Relevant experience in Project Management Engineering – ideally within food or FMCG industry.
* An engineering degree in a relevant discipline such as Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electrical, or equivalent education or experience.
* Managing capital projects and working within project teams.
