Job Description
This role combines strategic HR leadership with organisational diagnosis and leadership development.
The HR Director will act as a trusted partner to the CEO and leadership team, helping to design the organisational structure, leadership capability and cultural alignment required to support the next phase of growth.
1. Develop and implement organisational development strategies to support business growth.
2. Create and lead leadership development initiatives to build a strong and capable management team.
3. Create and oversee talent management processes, including succession planning and employee engagement.
4. Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
5. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and industry standards.
6. Develop and manage HR policies and practices to support a positive workplace culture.
7. Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and resource allocation.
8. Support change management initiatives to drive organisational effectiveness.
