Senior Account Manager - Operations and Maintenance
The role of a Senior Account Manager - Operations and Maintenance is to oversee the management of key client relationships, ensuring the efficient delivery of operations and maintenance services. This involves managing contract extensions, renewals, and performance guarantees, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling our services.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Build and retain strong client relationships through regular review meetings, client presentations, and proactive communication.
2. Manage contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and optimizing operational processes.
3. Provide regular reports to clients, highlighting the value we are providing and addressing any concerns or issues.
4. Identify and implement areas of efficiency, drafting and implementing process maps and procedures as needed.
Requirements:
1. Demonstrable track record of successfully managing commercial contracts and working as a B2B account manager with clients worth a minimum of £250,000 pa.
2. A track record of successfully selling additional services to existing clients.
3. Experience with managing supply chains and sub-contractor resource where it is commercially sensible to outsource services.
4. Strong experience of working with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to deliver required actions.
