Job Description: An exciting job role exists in the Cyber and Security Team as the Cryptographic Security Manager. This post is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop and progress their careers. This role works within the inclusive and innovative Cyber and Security team, part of the Information Directorate within Army Headquarters, a diverse and highly capable workforce. The Cryptographic Security Manager is responsible for all current and future Cryptographic security requirements for the Army, including supporting the routine and novel movement, transport and storage as required. The role will ensure that Army handling of cryptographic material is compliant with wider Government and Defence direction. You will advise the Army Principal Security Advisor, Chief Security Officer & Senior Information Risk Officer on current and future cryptographic security risks being managed/tolerated in the Army. Additionally, the individual will advise and support the wider cryptographic leadership and user community as required.
