The ideal candidate will be driven, motivated, and enthusiastic about horticulture, with a particular passion for soft landscaping and maintaining exceptionally high standards throughout the estate.<br/><br/>Essential Qualifications<br/><br/>RHS Level 2 in Horticulture (or equivalent)
Full UK driving licence (due to the estates location)<br/><br/>Preferred Qualifications<br/><br/>PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates<br/><br/>Key Skills, Qualities & Experience<br/><br/>Strong knowledge of plant identification and plant care
Confident in the use of gardening machinery, including blowers and hedge trimmers
Skilled in pruning and maintaining topiary
Excellent attention to detail
