Your Role
- Making a Real Impact Personalised Care Support : Helping clients maintain their independence through compassionate and respectful personal care.
Enhancing Daily Living : Supporting with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication reminders.
Bringing Joy & Connection : Providing companionship and escorting clients to social activities, shopping, or appointments.
Empowering Wellbeing : Using the PERMA model to integrate purpose, engagement, and social connection into everyday care.
Person-Centred Approach : Monitoring and recording care needs to ensure tailored, high-quality support.
What You'll Bring A passion for supporting people to live fulfilling and independent lives.
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Experience in domiciliary or community care.
A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to travel requirements).
The ability to work flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
The right to work in the UK.

Initially there will be some additional travel required outside of the Folkstone area.
You will be compensated mileage for all trips and where applicable travel time will be paid.
