Key responsibilities:
As a Graduate Academic Mentor, you will:
* Support students with varying academic needs in a structured environment
* Work closely with teachers to deliver targeted interventions
* Provide classroom assistance in lessons, particularly in English, Maths or Science
* Help plan and deliver sessions focused on exam preparation and revision
* Track student progress and report to teaching staff

Ideal candidate:
We’re looking for a Graduate Academic Mentor who:
* Holds a 2:1 degree or higher (preferably in a core academic subject)
* Has strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
* Enjoys working with young people and is passionate about education
* Is based in the UK and eligible to work full-time (visa sponsorship not available)
* Has previous experience in tutoring, mentoring or classroom settings (desirable but not essential)
