SIPP Communications Consultant
We are seeking a SIPP Communications Consultant to join our SIPP team. The SIPP Practice Area provides administration and trusteeship services to over 70,000 self-invested personal pension arrangements for members, both advised and non-advised, and has ambitious plans to grow our customer base.
This role can be based in our Cheltenham or Glasgow offices, working on a hybrid basis.
A snapshot of your day:
* Supporting the SIPP Communications Manager in their delivery of Consumer Duty accountabilities, and the Head of SIPP Proposition as owner of the Customer Understanding
* Working with the business to produce and maintain a framework to continually review and update all customer communications throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty Regulations
* Ensuring all communications comply with our Communications Testing Policy to support customer understanding
* Monitoring events that may necessitate changes to communications, highlighted by MI during customer journeys, audits, testing, etc., with a process for continual improvement
* Sharing knowledge among colleagues to support the company's communication goals of ensuring the customer is central to everything we do
* Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders across the SIPP business to ensure efficient implementation and delivery of all communications
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* Experience in a communication role within financial services
* Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, including pensions technical writing
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to proactively prioritize, delegate, manage multiple tasks, and maintain effectiveness in a rapidly changing environment
