As a Fast Fit Technician; you’ll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are fitted with high-quality tyres and expertly maintained. You’ll be part of a dynamic and customer-focused team that values quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities of this Fast Fit Technician role include:
1. Fitting and replacing tyres, ensuring high standards of safety and performance.
2. Conducting tyre repairs and diagnostics.
3. Performing vehicle checks and advising customers on tyre-related needs.
4. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
5. Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients.
6. Working to company and industry standards for quality and safety.
Skills & Experience Required for this Fast Fit Technician Role:
7. Previous experience as a Fast Fit Technician in a fast-fit environment is preferred.
8. A strong understanding of Vehicle Maintenance and Tyre Fitting techniques.
9. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet targets.
10. Excellent attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety.
11. Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
12. A Full UK Driving Licence
