We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team, supporting recruitment across multiple UK sites.
This is a full-time, permanent role, offering remote working with a requirement to be based at our Head Office 1–2 days per week, plus regular travel to sites, careers events and recruitment activities as required.
You will play a critical role in delivering the UK talent acquisition strategy. You will lead high-volume, end-to-end recruitment across teaching, support and office-based roles, ensuring we attract, engage and appoint high-quality talent.
As a trusted partner to hiring managers and regional leaders, you will combine strong recruitment expertise with market insight, employer branding and proactive sourcing. You will also play a key role in writing engaging job adverts and delivering recruitment campaigns that position the organisation as an employer of choice.
About You
* Understand how effective talent acquisition supports organisational strategy and long-term workforce planning
* Confident managing multiple vacancies simultaneously, often at pace, without compromising quality or candidate experience
* Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing clear guidance on recruitment strategy, market conditions and best practice
* Take a hands-on, solutions-focused approach, comfortable sourcing candidates, writing engaging job adverts and managing the full recruitment lifecycle
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver end-to-end recruitment for high-volume teaching, support and office-based roles across the UK region
* Write engaging job adverts that attract high-quality candidates
* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
* Proactively source candidates using a range of channels, including job boards, social media, referrals and agencies
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
* Represent the organisation at careers fairs, recruitment events, university partnerships and networking forums
* Collaborate with Communication colleagues on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
* Use recruitment technology and systems (including ATS/HRIS platforms) to manage workflows, data and reporting
* Track, analyse and report on recruitment activity, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
* Ensure all recruitment activity complies with safeguarding, safer recruitment and employment legislation requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
* Demonstrable experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple role types
* Strong capability in writing engaging job adverts and delivering recruitment campaigns
* Expertise across the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment and offer management
* Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
* Confidence representing the organisation at recruitment events and engaging diverse audiences
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Experience using recruitment technology, ATS/HRIS systems and data to drive outcomes
* Sound understanding of employment legislation, safer recruitment and compliance requirements
* Relevant qualification and/or significant experience (5+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition
