What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Leading, mentoring, and motivating the lettings team Growing market share through proactive business development Conducting valuations and winning new instructions Overseeing day-to-day office operations Ensuring compliance, accurate administration, and high service standards Managing performance and achieving financial targets Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and local partners What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in a UK lettings management or senior lettings role Proven success in valuations, listings, and new business generation Strong leadership, coaching, and team-management abilities Excellent sales and negotiation skills Confident communicator with a positive, professional approach Strong organisation and attention to detail Knowledge of the Cheam / Surrey area beneficial Full UK driving licence (own car preferred) What's In It For You?
