Description
Role Summary:
The Facilities Coordinator performs activities involving in building and grounds at Telford Site. Reporting into the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Coordinator will perform maintenance tasks and carry out tasks that support site KPI, conformance, and audits.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Carry out written dynamic risk assessments for all tasks.
2. Assist site as needed, reporting to Facilities Manager (FM).
3. Occasionally cover the role of FM including all responsibilities.
4. Carry out basic electrical tasks (not essential but highly advantageous).
5. Complete and support plant improvement projects.
6. Clean, 5s, or organise any area as needed.
7. Manage any preventable FSQ and Safety issues that may pertain to the operation of the site.
8. Align and drive company goals, golden rules, and Kraft Heinz values
9. Able to work flexible hours; days, afternoons, nights, overtime and weekends as necessary.
10. Raise work orders in SAP, and in absence of FM, raise POs.
11. Proactively propose and implement solutions to support Facilities KPIs, FSQ & EHS requirements.
12. Participate and implement in the MRE KHMS Pillar.
13. As necessary, other duties and/or projects may be assigned.
Knowledge & Experience:
14. Basic electrical support: key aspects include replacing motors, light fittings, and electrical appliances/devices on site.
15. Supporting FSQ & Safety issues: any issues involving pests, building & fabric repairs, and anything safety related involving the facilities of site, drive & resolve issues.
Skills:
16. Basic English & Maths
17. Good written & verbal communication skills
18. Basic computer skills
19. Great problem solving abilities
20. Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
21. SAP experience preferred but not essential
