At Orwell, people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re proud to provide homes, care, and support that make a real difference in our communities. Why Join Team Orwell?

As a Housing Management Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting Housing Officers and ensuring our customers receive a high-quality service. Your day-to-day will include:

* Managing calls whilst delivering friendly, helpful customer service and resolving basic queries.
* Entering housing applications into the system, producing tenancy agreements and other relevant sign-up documentation.
* Supporting Housing Officers in the maximisation of rental income, including monitoring housing benefit entitlements and generating legal documentation in relation to possession.
* Any other ad-hoc administrative duties and specific project work as required, such as completing tenancy changes on the system.
* Promoting equality, inclusion, and safeguarding across all interactions.
* Collaborating with colleagues to improve services and share best practice.

This is a role where no two days are the same - you’ll be problem-solving, supporting customers, and contributing to the smooth running of our housing services.

* Experienced in administration and customer service (minimum 6 months).
* Confident with IT systems, especially Microsoft Office.

What We Offer

* A supportive, collaborative team culture.
* Ongoing training and development opportunities.
* The chance to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
* 22 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays
