Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and client-centric Private Banker to manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients across either UK, Europe, Middle East & North Africa (MENA), Asia-Pacific (APAC), and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) markets. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of client acquisition, deep relationships, and the ability to deliver net new money with modest targets over a three-year period.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
* Maintain and deepen trusted relationships with existing HNW/UHNW clients.
* Act as a strategic advisor, understanding clients' financial goals, family dynamics, and long-term aspirations.
Net New Money & Business Growth
* Deliver consistent net new money growth aligned with modest annual targets over a three-year horizon.
* Leverage personal networks and market knowledge to identify new client opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum 5-10 years of experience in private banking or wealth management.
* Demonstrated success in managing HNW/UHNW relationships and delivering net new money.
* Strong understanding of global financial products, tax regimes, and investment strategies.
* Existing book of clients or strong referral network across one or more target regions.
