Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the taproom, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining the quality of the establishment, and meeting sales targets. This role requires leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for beer and drinks to create a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.

Structure:
Excellent staff offering including discounted and complimentary food and drinks when on and off shift.
Flexible working pattern, weekly pay is directly proportional to hours worked.
Weekly opening hours are Friday 4-11, Saturday 1-7.
Extra hours are available for parties and events, including monthly comedy nights, quizzes and other events. We regularly book the room out, with most Saturdays booked, with Sundays and Thursday often booked.
Typical week would be a Monday/Tuesday of organisation / staff meetings. Approx 8 hours.
Friday working, approx. 8/9 Hours. Saturday working, shift length of choice.
Other shifts can then be rota'd on depending on events ongoing.
