Job Title: Early Years Educators x 2 – Preschool Room
Location: Muddy Boots Wilberfoss, East Riding of Yorkshire
Salary: £12.60 – £13.40 per hour (age 21+)

About the Role
We are looking to welcome two enthusiastic and caring staff members to join our busy preschool room at our friendly nursery in Wilberfoss. If you are passionate about supporting young children during this vital stage of development, we would love to hear from you.
The Roles
* Role 1: Early Years Educator (Level 3 Qualified) – Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
* Role 2: Early Years Assistant (Unqualified, Training Provided) – No qualification required; previous experience in an early years setting is highly desirable. Full training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS.
* Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Support daily routines, activities, and outdoor play.
* Observe, assess, and contribute to children’s progress.
* Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are met at all times.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Passion for outdoor education and a commitment to nature‑based learning.
* Experience in early years education.
* A proactive and positive attitude with strong teamwork skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
